Artist Bio
Paul Walker is an artist who specializes in many mediums, including 3D modeling, animation, and video editing. For the majority of his career he has worked at East Carolina University's Rec Center as a designer, videographer, and animator. Paul has been placed in charge of many events and projects, varying from sports related content to videos that help students to better understand how they can take care of their mental well being. He has had experience creating album covers and music videos for musicians stemming from different musical genres. Along with music videos he has used his videography and video editing skills to create informational videos for well established companies. Paul Walker is from Charlotte NC and has been residing there since his family moved there from Virginia in 2005. Paul spent the entirety of his grade
school years in Charlotte and is now pursuing his BFA in arts with a concentration in animation at East Carolina University in Greenville, NC. Paul’s biggest influence on his art is his fascination for Pixar's early days of being the innovators of 3D animation on the big screen. Paul finds it fascinating how John Lasseter and his crew developed the technology from the bottom up to create art that others would not have ever believed was possible. Paul believes that there are limitless possibilities for what can be done using the 3D programs we have today, and this drives him to learn all he can about the subject.
